The doctors/nurses/receptionists have always got time to listen to your concerns. Nothing is too much trouble! It has got to be the best surgery in England.
The doctors care is 100% professional. They are efficient, courteous, empathetic and kind.
You always get an appointment and never kept waiting on the phone - or can't get through.
